[Product Name]: Parallel Capacitor |
【 Detailed Content 】:
use Way This product is suitable for parallel connection in power frequency AC (50Hz) power systems to improve power factor, voltage quality, and reduce equipment and line losses.
Environmental conditions for use The altitude of the installation and operation area shall not exceed 2000m, and high-altitude capacitors can be provided for areas above this limit. The ambient air temperature range in the installation area is two types: -25/+45 ℃ and -40/+40 ℃. For outdoor (indoor) use, the installation site should be free of harmful gases and vapors, conductive or explosive dust, and there should be no severe mechanical vibration. Products suitable for special environmental conditions can be provided according to ordering requirements.
Main Technical Performance The continuous operating voltage of the capacitor is 1.00Un, and it can operate for the corresponding time under the steady-state overvoltage specified in the table below. The overvoltage value that can be tolerated by capacitors without significant damage depends on the duration, total frequency, and temperature of the capacitor. The overvoltage above 1.15Un in the table is determined based on the premise that it occurs no more than 200 times during the lifespan of the capacitor. 2. The capacitance deviation is:- 5%~+10%. 3. Tangent value of loss angle tar δ (at rated voltage, 20 ℃) a. Products using film paper composite media shall not exceed 0.0012. b. Products using full film media shall not exceed 0.0005 (excluding internal fuses). The tangent value of the loss angle of capacitors with internal fuses shall be negotiated and determined at the time of ordering. 4. Capacitors are divided into indoor and outdoor types, and there are products suitable for various special environments such as humid and hot areas, high-altitude areas, and polluted areas. 5. The technical performance of the product complies with the national standards GB3983-89, GB/T11024-2001 "High and Low Voltage Parallel Capacitors" and the requirements of lEC871-1 (1987).
tie construct 1. The capacitor is mainly composed of a shell, a core, and an outlet sleeve. The shell is welded with thin steel plates or stainless steel plates, and the outlet sleeve is welded on the cover. Both sides of the wall are welded with lifting hooks for installation and hoisting. The core is composed of components and insulation parts. The component is made by rolling polypropylene film as the medium and aluminum foil (electrode plate), or by rolling polypropylene film and capacitor paper as the medium and aluminum foil. 2. The internal connection of high-voltage parallel capacitors is generally single-phase, and three-phase products can be provided when users need them. 3. Some high-voltage parallel capacitors have internal fuses in series with each component, which can timely cut off individual broken down components and ensure the normal operation of the capacitor as a whole. 4. Some high-voltage parallel capacitors are equipped with discharge devices inside, which can reduce the residual voltage of the capacitor from √ 2Un to below 75V within 10 minutes after disconnecting the power supply. According to the buyer's needs, the device can be reduced to a lower voltage in a shorter period of time.
